Thank you for entrusting your care to Strawberry Wilderness Community Clinic. Our community is facing an unexpected shortage of Providers that has created a higher demand for our services.

What This Means for You

  • Longer wait times during your visits
  • Delays in scheduling appointments
  • Slower response times for routine questions from our medical staff

We understand that waiting for medical care can be a frustrating experience, especially when you’re dealing with pain or discomfort. Please know that we are doing everything within our power to minimize these delays. We are actively recruiting additional staff and aim to return to our standard 24-48 hour response times as soon as possible.

How You Can Help

Use HealtheLife, our Patient Portal: If you’ve seen a provider on or after September 11, 2023, please sign up and use HealtheLife. This secure online portal allows you to request appointments, request prescription refills, and directly message your provider’s staff.

Limit Messages for Follow-up Care: Unless your provider has identified your condition as medically urgent, it may take longer than normal to schedule appointments. To expedite communication at Strawberry Wilderness Community Clinic, we kindly request limiting messages to one per inquiry to help facilitate prompt and effective responses.
