A patient's nourishment is a top priority at Blue Mountain Hospital. Providing a nourishing, well-balanced, properly controlled diet is one that takes great skill and planning. The dietary department provides meals for its patients and employees three times a day. patients are able to choose from a variety of menu items listed on our patient menu. Along with meal planning, the dietary department must supply nutritional care for its patients by providing diet counseling.
